The technician was honest & upfront with what repairs were needed. He didn’t try to upsale me with a story of me... needing a new AC right away. (I’ve dealt with a few repairmen that gave me a doom & gloom situation which would require me to purchase a whole new expensive system. Then after a 2nd opinion to be told it can be fixed at a decent rate .) I appreciate him replacing & fixing what my AC required. I would definitely use this company again!read more

My air conditioning went out on Saturday night so I immediately called American Home Shield. They assigned me a company... call All Day and Night Air Conditioning so I called and left a voicemail. I was happy because they got great reviews so Monday morning I called them at 8 am when they opened and she said they couldn’t get anyone to my home until Wednesday. Called American Home Shield and after 2 hours of going back and forth they switched me to Grady’s. I called them and they got someone out first thing this morning. The lady that answered was very compassionate and couldn’t believe I had been without air conditioning since Saturday. Luis came first thing this morning, replaced capacitors, fan motor, and made sure everything was in working order when he left. Was very personable and knowledgeable and made sure everything was in working order when he left. I highly recommend Grady’s and Luis for all your heating and air conditioning needs. You won’t regret it! Very thankful and grateful for air conditioning in my house right now!read more

It was a late night call to them, I received a call shortly after leaving message. The call was telling me I would... receive a call in the morning telling me when the technician would be at my doorstep the next morning. I received the phone call the next morning and the tech was there when they said he would be. We needed a new AC asap and this company's... response time, utmost professionalism and expertise in explaining and installing the proper equipment for our house was outstanding. Hard working, thorough and honest people. The highly intelligent service tech/rep ( Louis ) pointed out things that the other 3 companies ( who gave quotes ) did not see.
The installation crew lead by John and his son Fernando ( and several other knowledgeable men ) were all truly experts in their field. Such a smooth clean professional installation. Had a shorted out thermostat. Even though the call was placed through AHS, the dispatcher called me promptly and a... tech was dispatched almost immediately. Definitely much faster than I expected.
Beto was my tech and he was polite and professional. He explained everything before he did it, made sure everything worked before he left, and gave me some pointers about things that had damaged other people's smart thermostats. My dog loved him and we all know that when a dog loves someone, they're good people.
In short, it was another outstanding experience with Grady's. They installed the unit last year and they were fantastic then too. If you live in their service area, don't hesitate to use them for HVAC service and if you don't live in the area, I'm sorry for you.read more

Have employed Mr..Grady’s firm for about 15 year. I’d have no other! Their technicians, especially Luis, come on time... and are friendly, professionally uniformed. The price for a year’s maintenance check is cheap, $150! Their on line administration (headed by Jessica Grady) is the best I’ve come across.read more

The tech we worked with from Grady’s was Zach, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Zach was through diagnosing... the problem with my AC unit and explained all options for repair and replacement. He also ensured we had a clear understanding prior to us making any choices with the repair or replacement. We ended up replacing the downstairs unit and Grady’s installed the very next day. Can't say enough good about Grady's. They were our American Home Shield provider, and did their best to satisfy us. ... However, in the end, we bought a new American Standard unit from them.
